The Arts

At Inglewood Primary School, our Arts program encourages the critical and creative thinking skills of students as they engage in creative processes. Students explore how and why artists create artworks and how art can communicate ideas and meaning. Through hands-on experiences, they experiment with a wide range of materials, techniques, and visual conventions within both visual and media arts. Our program supports students to plan, create, and refine their own artworks as they develop their understanding of arts practices. Students also have opportunities to share and celebrate their art within the school and wider community.
